Props, props, pros workshop was full of props and fun! Sam took us through a therapeutic gentle warm up paying attention to the safety of body, using golf balls on the feet to bring awareness to our foundation. Jaz delivered a strong practice using the wall and countless props to assist the alignment of the spine. Anna brought us down to earth with Bhramai – the humming bee breath, meditation incorporating the 7 Chakras and topped it off with a lovely Yoga Nidra.
