About Jaz

Hello my name is Jaz Mullings-Lambert after completing my Foundation and Diploma course from the BWY with Mara Musso, I starting teaching Yoga in 2006 and been practicing for almost 10 years prior. I recently completed my training with Stott Pilates and in my opinion Yoga and Pilates are match made in heaven! I come from a corporate and academic background, which has been and continues to be manic!
